What is a template?
Templates are editable designs that you can customize and then download. The link to the template will be on the digital file given to you once the payment is confirmed.
How I edit a template?
You need to open a free account in Canva.com in order to make the necessary edits and then you can download your file to the desire format.
How can I access my template if what I'm purchasing is a digital file?
When you purchase a template you get to download an instruction file containing the link with the access to your template. See image 1
After open the instruction file and click the link where indicated you will your template. See Image 2
Next Step click where is says "use Template" and it will prompt you to open a FREE account in Canva.com and voila! you are ready to edit. Is that simple!
