The Graphic Market_Wedding Invitations
Preparing your template for printing is a very simple process, first you need to decided wether you are going to order your cards / invitations from a local printer or print them right at home.

If you choose a print shop you need to provided them with a print ready file that meet their specs, most of the times You will be asked to provide your artwork with 'crops and bleed'  while others will just ask for bleed. Some of print providers will check the file and set up whatever they need for you.

I’ll explain the terms “bleed” and “crop marks” to get you familiar for any printing project you might have.
Bleed refers to an extra 1/8” (.125 in) minimum of image or background color that extends beyond the trim area or crop marks from your printing piece.

Crop Marks define the trim area, in order words is what indicates the cut size o final size of your artwork.

Having say that, let’s say you are on your free or pro canva account and you are satisfied with your template and want to download the file with the bleed and with crop marks, the next step is click the download icon in the upper right > select PDF print and then click the checkbox for crop marks and bleed and then downloaded it to your computer. (See picture below)

Is that easy! but if you have any doubt don't hesitate to contact me and I'll be happy to assist you.
